Abstract
A 39-year-old Hispanic man presented with decreased vision in his left eye for one year. An outside ophthalmologist told him he had a corneal dystrophy, worse in the left eye. He denied any other ophthalmic history. He mades frequent visits to Mexico. He stated that his spouse and family were healthy.
