Abstract

The patient was a 21-year-old HIV+ white man with the chief complaint of "blurry vision" OD for one week. He denied any flashes, floaters, or pain. The patient related a history of a maculopapular and vesicular rash on the face and trunk three weeks prior to onset of his visual symptoms.
