Abstract

A 62-year-old woman presented at Aravind Eye Hospital with a complaint of worsening of vision in her right eye for the previous 6 months. Anterior segment examination showed the presence of a white, dotted 1.5 mm in diameter, with white crystalline deposits in the inferotemporal paracentral anterior stroma of cornea, suggestive of Coats ring. A posterior chamber intraocular lens with posterior capsular opacification was also noted. Other findings were within normal limits.
